As a Postpartum Night Doula. I specialize in newborn care and infant development. I have the experience, work, and knowledge over 11 years. Being a Postpartum Doula is such a rewarding career. Since the beginning of my childcare career, starting out as just a neighborhood Babysitter, to a Career Nanny, to now a Postpartum Doula, I can not see myself doing anything else. I absolutely love my job. It brings me joy knowing I helped all my families feel more confident, knowledgeable, and overall happy when I leave. Newborns have always been my favorite age to care for. Seeing a newborn’s development and first mile stone’s right in front of me, is such a great feeling. Also to support the whole family in postpartum period by providing reassurance and nourishment during their transition. By providing support, my main focus is that everyone in the household gets the right guidance, support, and the well deserved rest you needed. Let me handle the rest.  My goal to teach your newborn positive sleep and eating habits by sleep shaping. Implanting the "Taking Cara Babies Method."  So when I leave, everyone’s day's are less stressful, and more peaceful.
