Infant Care

I care for your newborn as youngest as days old, weeks old, or months old. I start with every individual baby at different ages all the way up to 5 months of age. I am beside baby the whole night , making sure he/ she is safe, comfortable, fed, and sleeping soundly.

Breastfeeding

I support my mommies by sitting beside her while she is feeding her baby. I watch over and see if the baby is latching properly. I also guide on different holding techniques so baby is feeding comfortably, and mom is providing comfortably. Please note, I am not a lactation consultant.

Twins Support

It’s double the fun! From personal experience caring for my own twin daughters, my goal for twins is to create that balance so both babies can be on the same schedule for feedings, and sleep so everyone’s night goes smoothly. But to know even though you have twins, to treat every twin as an individual.

Sleep Training

It is recommended that newborns should not be sleep trained under the age of 4 months old. If your baby is under 4 months, I guide your baby and teach them safe and consistent sleep habits, so your baby can adapt to their sleep schedule and have a easy transition to sleep train when he/ or she is ready. With that, I provide sleep training over 4 months old. I truly believe in the “self sooth technique”. You will gain the relief of not having to sooth or rock your baby at odd hours of the night. Schedules will be easier to maintain, and babies will fall asleep quicker. The smoother your baby sleeps, the better you will sleep through the night.

Postpartum Doula Services

Support for your home

I am here to be your extra set of hands. Sterilizing bottles, pump supplies, changing out the diaper pin, organizing and stocking baby items, etc.  Do you need help with the laundry? Some dishes in the sink need to be washed?  No problem! I support not only baby, but everyone in the home as well. I want to make sure  you have one less thing to worry about when I am there, and after I leave.

Birth/ Hospital Support

Besides from being a Postpartum Doula, I am also a Birth Doula. I would love to offer my birth support services as a added support to your postpartum night services. Let me be there for you every step of the way. With any questions regarding your pregnancy, to making sure you get the best care from your birth team when that day comes, and caring for your newborn while you rest after your delivery. Then being that support for you through the postpartum period. I will be that support in an emotional and physical way so you have that ease knowing someone is there for you throughout the whole journey.

Unfortunately, I am not taking birth clients at this time. Only  hospital support.
