What does night support look like?
My main focus is baby and mommy. I am here to give you the support in your night routine for your baby. Also to give you a break and have a peaceful night with a good nights sleep. All care for the baby is provided such as diaper changing, bottle feeding, swaddling, holding, soothing, clipping nails, baby messages, wash and sanitation, laundry, and more. Most importantly, guiding you and your baby for a successful night routine. For my mommies, I provided breastfeeding support, and emotional postpartum support, and 24/7 communication (my line is always open for my clients even after our shifts, and even after our contracts are done.
What kind of certifications do you as a doula have?
I always strive to educate and take courses for myself as things change in our doula world on newborn education. With that, I renew my courses every year to a couple years as my duty to be the best, educated doula I can be. I am a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, certified in breastfeeding support, certified in Newborn and Adult First- Aid CPR, and AED. I consider myself as newborn care specialist with the depth knowledge of newborn development.
What is the process of booking?
First I would ask for you to fill out my Client Inquiry Form. That form gives me a general idea of the goals you are wanting for support. Then I will ask to schedule a phone consultation. After, I will send you a sample contract that shows my guidelines, and overall what I will offer you. I will require a non refundable retainer fee to secure your booking. The retainer will go towards your contract. That fee will depend on what package you selected. Then a signed contract. Then a in person postpartum planning session!
